ANNOUNCEMENT: After MUCH prayer & talking & thought & then even more prayer, Anthony & I have decided to follow the signs we’ve prayed for & make some changes. This last week has been, well, our last week at IAG. There are many “reasons”; but the biggest reason is time & us feeling strongly, at this stage in life (hopefully not too many years away from semi-retirement), the need to SLOW DOWN & SIMPLIFY our life….which is what we’ve been working toward for a few years now….long work weeks (due to demand ❤️) is not pushing us in that direction. We have some new opportunities on the horizon that we believe will get us more the direction we feel we need to go.

One thing that was NOT a “reason” is lack of success & support (before anyone assumes anything) because that’s been amazing! We are BEYOND thankful to folks who supported us. Some of y’all were here everyday or every other day or weekly! Some of y’all shared our posts daily to help spread the word! Some of y’all offered valuable advice & suggestions & even helped us come up with new recipes! Some of y’all even brought or met your friends/family/neighbors here just to show them around yourself…& that always made me (since I’m the one who usually got to witness it) a little teary-eyed & excited! Some of y’all prayed for us & encouraged us & gave us those “thumbs up”! And all of y’all were the biggest blessing for us in this chapter…..

The thing about a REALLY good book is that every chapter, while building the bigger picture, takes you some place a little different & keeps you anticipating the next….& doesn’t reveal the ending until it’s time. This has been, though short, a good chapter for us…& we truly hope, for y’all. And we do apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment that may come from this change. Anyone who knows us knows we want to be all the things to all the people, but that’s not really humanly possible (God is the only One Who can be all the things to all the people). All anyone can ever really do is the best that they can. 😊

If all goes as planned & prayed for, it will be opened back up by new owners in a few weeks who hope to offer some of the same dinner options & all their own ideas! We look forward to seeing where they take it!

Good Friday morning, y’all!
The coolers are getting stocked with Chicken Salad, Mexican Chicken Salad, Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese, salads, Munchables, cold cut sammies, Egg Salad, Strawberry Butter, one mild Salsa left, Classic Pasta Salad, a few Low Carb/Keto Casseroles left, Italian Roast Beef Sliders, Pineapple Pretzel Salads. There’s mini Peanut Butter Pies, a few Strawberry or Chocolate Cupcakes & a couple of the Lemon Moon Pie Cheesecake Puddings.
Later there will be Pizza Casseroles & Italian Chicken Pasta Bake.

Today’s rundown (running a little late with the post)….all of our usuals! Plus Tater Tot Casserole, Fettucine Alfredo w/Chicken, two kinds of Low Carb/Keto Casseroles, Pineapple Pretzel Salad, Strawberry Pretzel Salads, just a little pimento cheeses left, Fruit Salad, a couple Moon Pie Banana Puddings & Chocolate Moon Pie Cheesecake Puddings left & now some Lemon Moon Pie Cheesecake Puddings. While it lasts!

Later there should be some Poppysees Chicken Casserole & Italian Roast Beef Sliders!

Good morning, y’all!
Here’s what’s in the coolers now…Chicken Salad (5 ways), Mexican Chicken Salad, cold cut sammies, fresh salads, Munchables. There’s homemade egg salad, Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese & Jalapeño Pimento Cheese. Two types of homemade pasta salads. Homemade Strawberry Butter. Homemade mild salsa. A few Strawberry or Peach Pretzel Salads. Tater Tot Casseroles & a few trays of Sloppy Joe Sliders. There’s also some yeast rolls as well. There are a few mini Caramel Pies & Moon Pie Banana Puddings in the dessert cooler.
I believe there will be some Chocolate Moon Pie Cheesecake Puddings later. As well as some Low Carb Mexican Chicken Casseroles & Chicken Alfredo. Come see us!

Quick rundown….We’ve for our usuals (Chicken Salad, Mexican Chicken Salad, Egg Salad, Smoked Gouda Pimento Cheese & Jalapeño Pimento Cheese...all homemade!), salads, Munchables & cold cut sammies. We’ve got Creamy Italian Pasta Salad, Strawberry Butter, Mild Salsa, Strawberry Pretzel Salads & Peach Pretzel Salads. Currently, there are Moon Pie Banana Puddings in the bakery cooler as well! We have fresh-baked yeast rolls. We’ll have muffins out soon. Later, we will have Sloppy Joe Sliders & Tater Tot Casserole! And who knows what else?!

Good rainy morning, y’all!
Coolers are stocked (or getting stocked at the moment). Here’s a few pics so you can see what’s there. We’ve got Chicken Salad, Mexican Chicken Salad, Pimento Cheeses, Egg Salad, salads…the usuals. Then there are a few casseroles & stew left (not many but they’d be great for tonight or to pop in the freezer for later). There’s fresh made Pasta Salad w/Mozzarella & some fresh Honey Orange Fruit Salad. There’s butters & rolls. Don’t have any salsa made up yet (he couldn’t get jalapeños at the time of shopping & haven’t had a chance to go back to Jackson yet). There’s a couple of Moon Pie Banana Puddings, Caramel Coconut Pies & there’s a fresh batch of cupcakes (both are yellow cakes…one has Margarita simple syrup brushed on & topped w/buttercream icing infused w/lime zest & the other is iced with chocolate buttercream).
*If you get here & Anthony’s mama is by herself, be patient please ☺️….Anthony may have to make a “quick” trip to Waynesboro to move our RV before flood waters get to it, & I have a doc appt. When it rains, it pours. Quite lit’rally. 🤦🏻‍♀️
