On be half of the new owners..The Market Fresh IGA will open Jan 22nd at 8 A.m. please give them a shot to be successful. They will do there best to be the independent Grocery you loved and respected since the early days of Galaxy Foods in the mid 60's. With that being said I wish you all blessed Health and Happiness and its been my pleasure and my Family's pleasure to serve you all these many years. You have all truly made a place in my heart..The memories will live forever. Now it's time to make new ones. I promise you won't be disappointed! As of December 16th 2023 Piggly Wiggly is no longer open in Hickory. I will keep this page up so I can send out the New IGA page when it's created so you can like and share it and help them get it going. It will be a great thing for the community to have there own independent Grocery store back. IGA is fully supported by MDI as an independent retailer..just like Galaxy was.. Fresh meats & Produce and very competitive pricing. I know you guys will be happy. Thanks Ryan.
