Blood Orange Triple Chocolate Cookies
Gluten Free

Ingridients

4oz chopped unsweetened or bittersweet chocolate
2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
6 tablespoons Blood Orange fused olive oil
3 large eggs, room temp.
½ cup +1 tbsp granulated sugar
1 and ½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup and 2 tbsp almond flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt
7oz chopped chocolate (mix of milk chocolate, semi sweet, dark)

Instructions
Add unsweetened/bittersweet chocolate, semi sweet chocolate chips and blood orange EVOO to medium micro safe bowl, microwave in 30 sec intervals, stirring between until fully melted. set aside to cool slightly.
In large mixing bowl add eggs and sugar, beat 2-3 minutes in mixer until light and frothy.
Mix in vanilla extract and slightly cooled chocolate mixture.
Add almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until combined.
Mixture will be thick, that’s normal.
Fold in chopped chocolate chunks.
Chill dough for 20min.
Scoop cookie dough balls roughly 95gr in size, or smaller.
You can add more chocolate chunks to fill in any gaps.
Bake at 400F for 9-11 minutes.

Everyone asks for this one.

The Natural Olive Crack

Ingredients
• ~35 saltine or table crackers (we use Schär gluten-free)
• 1 cup butter
• 1 cup packed brown sugar
• 1¾ cups semisweet chocolate chips
• Optional for added flavor: drizzle Blood Orange or Sweet Valencia olive oil over chocolate chips.
• Optional toppings: coconut, pecans, sprinkles

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line a baking sheet with foil, lightly coat with olive oil, and arrange crackers in a single layer.

In a saucepan, melt butter and brown sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly, and let bubble for 2 minutes.

Pour evenly over crackers.

Bake 12–15 minutes.

Remove from oven and immediately add chocolate chips. Let melt, then spread evenly.

Finish with your choice of toppings.

Cool completely, then break into pieces.

Sweet. Salty. Gone in minutes.
