🐾 Farm-Raised Elk Available January 2027 🐾

We’re excited to announce that farm-raised elk will be available for purchase beginning in January 2027!

Available options:
• Whole elk
• Half elk
• Quarter elk

Elk is a lean, flavorful red meat that’s a great addition to your freezer.

We are thrilled to announce that over the summer, we completed some major renovations and upgrades to our shop!

We are excited to share that we will be processing beef, lamb, and pigs under custom inspection, allowing us to better serve our customers and community.

📅 We are now booking appointments for January and beyond for beef, pigs, and lambs.
