Feeling like summer? Try this refreshing and simple smoothie recipe from .eats 🍌🍓🍊 It is a great laying out in the sun with your feet up listening to your favorite song drink… and its healthy!!

INGREDIENTS

1 large banana, peeled
1 cup low-fat or nonfat milk, or non-dairy beverage
1 cup 100% orange juice
2 cups unsweetened blueberries, strawberries, or blackberries, fresh or frozen

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Place ingredients in blender.
2. Blend until smooth and serve
