Four Seasons Markets was founded by Vincent Hirth and Florine Bowman. Upon her arrival to the U.S., Florine sought an avenue to provide her artisanal bread and pastries to the general public in an atmosphere that resembled her native country - France. Also from France, Vincent saw an opportunity to replicate the markets popular throughout Europe. Leaning on his experience creating successful festivals and various enterprises, he has assembled an incredible team of individuals who share a passion for growing small businesses, community, and great experiences.
