I don’t recommend things to y’all that I wouldn’t realistically make myself. & I try to create meals that are easy but exciting.

These are classic potatoes egg & sausage tacos on homemade tortillas with a side of homemade salsa. 😍😍

Yall be on the lookout for these MASSIVE Tromboncino Squash from Good Shepherd Farm & Flock !!

Fresh from the garden, these have a very similar texture & flavor to traditional squash. With a hint more of a buttery flavor.

We made squash boats with a 1yr aged Tromboncino the other night & it was so good! Had the texture of a spaghetti squash!
