Some of our Beautiful Blue Oyster Mushrooms. They're not just for delicious eating fresh from our markets, we also grow quite a few of them to dry and make our wonderful Tinctures, Extracted Powders and Dairy Free Soup Mixes. The soup mixes are not just for Soup, they are also Casserole Bases as well as toppings for other dishes. Each package contains two sets of packs which each make 6 cups. All you need is water and we do provide options for using broth as a little kicker to the already delicious flavor. We always tell folks if any is left over, don't throw it away, freeze it to use later.

Quarter Pound Shiitake? Mmmm...close but not quite. BUT, big enough to go with some of our fresh Potatoes. We sauteed some of our Shiitakes with our fresh Onions and Olive Oil. We baked some of our Fresh Red Potatoes and then added the Sauteed Shiitakes and some Amish Butter for a Wonderful, Healthy Meal. Easy, Peazy and Delicious!

Our crops are progressing along nicely as is our raised bed garden. A lot of our Beans have progressed to their Trifolate (3 leaf) Stage and soon we'll have pictures of our Corn. Our Mullein (which grows naturally on the edges of our fields) are beginning to flower so you know what that means. Enjoy the picture of our State Bird as well.

Let the Horserace between the Beans and the Weeds begin! Anyone that grows plants or crops outside knows they need Sunlight and Rain (just not too much of either) BUT the moon is part of the equation, too. Enjoy the picture of the White Beans in their bifolate stage after a boost from the Blue Micro Moon even though it wasn't blue when we took the picture lol.

Our 16th Year of Planting Your Beans. Lots of work and lots of love and you're worth every bean of it. In a short 4 months or so, they'll be ready for you! Fresh, locally grown and only sold in the same season they are harvested.
