☀️ BONUS: SUMMER ON THE SQUARE COCKTAIL

A refreshing watermelon, basil & gin cocktail featuring Texas-grown watermelon.

Makes 1 cocktail

2 oz gin (we recommend New Amsterdam Stratosphere)
1 healthy chunk seedless watermelon
1 sprig fresh basil
½ oz fresh lemon & lime juice
1 oz agave nectar (dark agave is best)

To make it:
Muddle the watermelon and basil until completely mashed. Add the gin, citrus juice and agave. Add ice and shake vigorously.

Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with fresh watermelon and a sprig of basil. 🍉🌿

Five dinners. Texas-grown ingredients. One less thing to figure out during a busy school week.
