Let's Do Breakfast Saturday Morning!!

One of the things we’re most grateful for as a small local business is having the opportunity to give back to the community that supports us.

For the upcoming breakfast at St.Agnes, we’re donating a large supply of our breakfast sausage, along with the time and work that goes into hand-patting all of those sausage patties.

We have been blessed by the people around us, and whenever we have the opportunity, we want to give back. A special thank you to Slagel Farms for helping make this donation even bigger with their Clover Farm Fresh Eggs.

Dry Age Strip Steaks!!

If you have ever needed some 30 Day Dry Aged Strip Steaks in your life, Today is the Day! Stop in and grab a couple to try, they aren't huge after I trim off all the Pellicle. Average weight is 2/3lb.

We're going to have to close up a little early today (2:00) Our A/C unit has decided it wants to act up, and with the heat outside, the shop is getting a little too toasty! The cooler is cold and doing just fine, thank goodness, but apparently, Mother Nature didn't get the memo that we need to keep things COOL around here. Sorry for the inconvenience, folks! We appreciate your understanding and hope to have this little A/C adventure figured out soon.

Matt was back at it this morning to bring another fresh feature of the week, and it literally does NOT get fresher than this!

We took our fresh, tender chicken, fresh herbs, housemade Italian breadcrumbs made from Pete’s Italian Bread, and a touch of Hoppers Honey Bees honey and turned it into these incredible Chicken Spiedini Skewers. These were hand rolled, loaded with flavor, and made from scratch right here in our kitchen.
A little local honey + Pete’s Italian bread + our fresh ingredients = one heck of a skewer! 👏🔥
