Good morning, We come to you today to share some exciting news. Hilmar Meat Locker, under new ownership, is now open for business and ready to serve you for all your meat needs and desires! We want to thank Rob White and family for the opportunity to continue to serve this community.
Hilmar Meat Locker offers a full-scale butcher shop that will exceed every customer’s expectations on quality and price. We also offer the meat locker service that will provide the best processing and custom cuts of your ranch animals.
The butcher shop will be open Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturdays 10am to 4pm. You can also reach us at 209-632-5141.
