Trillium Hill Farm We are a small, diverse farm in the Champlain Valley of Vermont. We grow vegetables, raise beef cattle, and operate a farm stand.

The cherry tomatoes are, increasingly, here! They haven't been as plentiful as the slicers so far (perhaps they're just a little shy) but there are more ready each day, and quite a few pints currently at the farmstand. They look and taste gorgeous.

We started the very first bit of garlic harvest yesterday with fresh garlic going out to and . Harvest in earnest will begin next week. The squash and buckwheat cover crop are liking this heat. Today Ruby rolled up the covers- they are outgrowing them!

We’ve really enjoyed having Ruby as part of the field crew this year. She only works a couple hours at a time and doesn’t have a consistent schedule, but she’s learning the job more thoroughly and becoming a skilled worker. (And earning a little $!) 🌱
