Need to fill your freezer!?!?

Weighing from 160-220lbs each, we sell a front quarter for $5.19/lb hanging weight currently (this includes all cutting, wrapping, labeling, flash freezing, and boxing; vacuum sealed extra) All cattle are raised local and hand selected for superior quality, value, and flavor.

In the front 1/4 of a beef:

-Ribeye
-Chuck roast
-Short Ribs
-Brisket
-Beef shanks
-well-marbled stew meat
- Ground beef

All of these cuts are optional. By opting out of a certain cut(s) you can add them to your ground beef!

We’ve officially checked in at the fair. We will be busy organizing all the letters and tomorrow we will be visiting everyone that sent a letter, I will do my best to make it to all the shows and if not I’ll drop by your pen to say hello and ask a few questions.
