The Local Farmers Market on Wednesday mornings will be closed for the rest of the season. However, we are expecting to have late purple hull peas, zipper cream peas, black-eyed peas, green beans, yellow squash, and zucchini about the second or third week in October. Please message me about that time if you are interested in these items. In the meantime, we will be at the Hobbs Farmers Market on Saturday mornings where we currently have chilies, jalapenos, tomatoes, carrots, onions, and some okra and watermelons.

Local Farmers Market is open with plum size and full size tomatoes including green tomatoes. Also okra, carrots, chiles, jalapeños, onions, butternut squash, and red and orange watermelon.

Local Farmers Market at Hidden Acres Farm, 1711 E Rancho Rd, is open this morning with lots of watermelon, hot jalapenos, and tomatoes.

The Local Farmers Market will be open Wednesday morning 9-12. Lots of produce available including baskets of the plum-size tomatoes. Other produce includes cantaloupe, watermelon, onions, carrots, hot jalapenos, egg plant, acorn squash, lemon cucumbers, large zucchini, shelled black-eyed peas and some shelled purple hull peas and okra.

Wednesday morning we will have lemon cucumbers, cantaloupe, watermelon, green beans, and black-eyed peas in addition to all the other items recently listed. I will not be putting up the flag and signs at the intersection of Dal Paso and Rancho Rd, but please come on down to the end of Rancho Rd and up the driveway if you would like fresh produce grown on site.

First red watermelon of the season, a 30-lb Sangria. Red and orange watermelons as well as black-eyed peas will be available for the Local Farmers Market at 1711 E Rancho Rd Wednesday morning 9-12. Also have onions, carrots, yellow squash, zucchini, patty pan squash, jalapenos, green chilies, and an abundance of cucumbers.

There will be a special on beautiful Hidden Acres Farm cucumbers at the Hobbs Farmers Market on Saturday July 17. Any cucumber is $0.50 each.
