Today is a day like many others - People are stocking their freezers, so we are out making FREE DELIVERIES of our 100% from Glasgow to Louisville. In summers past we would have been at the Hardin County Farmers' Market but this summer sales continue to be through the roof. Not sure why ... maybe it's the fact we haven't raised our prices since BEFORE the 2020 Pandemic - regardless, we thank God!

People wonder why we drive to take our girls up close to Chicago … 100% TRACEABILITY is one of our favorite reasons but here are 8 others. Another reason … we know no other processor who is a certified organic processor. That means, that unlike most local processors, they don’t spray chemicals on the carcass to wet age the beef faster (aka make the beef rot faster) for tenderness.

Better ingredients- Better BEEF!! We have the best beef around!!
