It's almost Thursday, let's talk about it!!

Thursday 7-3, serving breakfast and lunch.
Pastries will be cinnamon rolls.
Lunch special for Thursday will be the loaded potato taco bowl. This is similiar to the one we do for meal preps.
Perfectly seasoned potatoes, taco beef or chicken, queso, tomatoes, corn, black beans, sour cream and topped with green onions. Optional toppings are jalapeños and salsa.

Friday 7-3, serving breakfast and lunch. (Til 5:30 for game day pick ups)
Pastries will be cinnamon rolls.
Lunch special for Friday will be the chicken street corn bowl! Rice piled high with spring mix, chicken, our street corn, tomatoes, crispy tortilla strips, cotija cheese, drizzled with our corn sauce and dusted with tajin.

Of course we will have brownies both days.

On Saturday game days, whether you are cheering "Roll Tide" - "War Eagle" - "Go Dawgs" - or whatever, YOU STILL WANT GOOD SNACKS!!!

Please note, pick up is Friday afternoon 2pm-5:30pm. Everything is either served cold or ready for your oven. Oven ready items are fully cooked and only need heated a few minutes.
Quick and easy!! You are ready to cheer on your favorite team and eat good doing it!!

A brunch grazing table for a beautiful Monday wedding!! I absolutely love catering small intimate weddings at Alabama Edens Glass House!!

This meal included pearl sugar waffles, mini pancakes, sausage balls, bacon, pigs n a blanket, fruit, cheese, cinnamon rolls, bagels with assorted cream cheese, biscuits with peach jam, strawberry jam, and honey.

Sub sandwich choices are ham, roasted turkey, cajun turkey or cold cut (ham/turkey/bologna). Each sub has mayo, mustard, lettuce, and tomato (optional onion and pickle, must request when ordering).

Brownies and brownie cheesecake sundaes for dessert.
