Culture is not just the process in which cheese is made, it also defines and connects traditions passed down from generation to generation. My hope for this shop is to bring people together, to try something new, and bring back memories of something old. Not everyone can travel the world, so I want to bring parts of the world to our community through cheese. I want this shop to not only connect yo

u to people but also to the cultures that make us who we are today. We don't deliver right now but hope to in the future. We also plan to start back up with cheese classes in 2024. We are taking on one thing at a time as we learn all the things small business related.

We spent the evening at Waverly Stone for their monthly w**e night - four rotating regional pours, a guided sommelier tasting, and a cheese course straight from our case at Culture.

Meet Mimolette 🧡🐜 A hard, cave-aged French cow's-milk cheese with a bright orange color and a cratered, cannonball-like rind. Inside: caramelized butterscotch and brown butter notes with the nutty depth of an aged Gouda or Parmesan. That signature pitted crust? It's created by microscopic cheese mites that nibble the rind during aging to help it breathe - don't worry, they're brushed off long before it reaches the case.
