Just pulled these double chocolate chip cookies out of the oven!

I made them using the recipe from the Grains in Small Places cookbook (avail. @ the Farmshop) but used fresh milled einkorn instead of soft white and coconut oil instead of butter to make them dairy free.

Thank you all for giving us grace in our kind-of-inconsistent Farmshop hours lately! The American Angels 4H Equestrian Drill Team traveled to Ohio this weekend for their very first drill team competition. The teams were all so amazing to watch and it was such a great experience! 🇺🇸🐎

Farmshop hours changes for this week:

Wednesday 1-4 PM
Friday CLOSED
Saturday 10-2 (no grain milling this day)

We originally announced we would be closed Saturday, but we found a way to stay open, there just won't be grain milling. We are still CLOSED FRIDAY as originally planned, but we will be back to normal hours next week.

Thank you so much for your understanding while we take some time to support our kids and their activities this busy spring!

We were supposed to be closed this Saturday, 5/30 so I can go watch my daughter ride her horse in the Memorial Day Parade in Marilla BUT it worked out that this is a beef pick up weekend.

So... this Saturday the Farmshop will be OPEN 2-4 PM after all!

Apparently I’m not the only one who doesn’t like beans because these haven’t sold AT ALL! I have a couple different types of grains I’d like to put out and these are taking up valuable real estate, so this weekend (5/15 & 5/16, or while supplies last):
