A "vinegary" personality is defined as: disagreeable, bitter, or irascible in character or manner. We just couldn't disagree more... our balsamic vinegars are quite agreeable, never bitter, and their character and manner are both bold and unflappable.

This time of year, we're looking for the rich, dark balsamic vinegars that have been patiently waiting for their moment to shine. Make these into incredible vinaigrettes for a fall salad, add them to a marinade, or simply dip a piece of crusty bread and enjoy!
