Good morning good people of Hollister and surrounding confines.April is our seasonal opening at Bertuccio Market lot,located at 2340 Airline Hwy.Due to the virus,we will not be open every other sunday until it is safe to do so.We will not endanger any of our customers nor our staff,we will not take any chances.As soon as safe,we will be there!! Hello folks,
Christmas gift idea.Create your own dry rub,it isn't hard,isn't expensive,and you do it from home.It comes from your heart,doesn't get any better than that.Just don't go gaudy,the simpler the better.After all a true dry rub enhances the meat,not becomes the main attraction.Tip:Apply the dry rub the evening before,the refrigeration will draw the spice into the meat.Too many times I have seen people apply the rub right before SMOKING!! or grilling,useless,a complete waste.Enough said.

BUT, we will be taking special orders for our SMOKED PORK RIBS , every SUNDAY, For all you FOOTBALL FANS or just want something special that day, Call us to order by Thursday or Friday at the latest each week, let us know how many you need for Sunday and will take care of the rest. The season is over now for us at the Airline Hwy spot, but we will be taking orders for SMOKED PORK RIBS ONLY, for SUNDAY' FOOTBALL GAMES, every Sunday.
