Friday morning’s frost put the dahlia plants to sleep for their long winter nap, marking the end of Samantha’s 5th flower season—her best one yet! 💐

In just a couple weeks we’ll dig up the tubers and begin the process of dividing and storing them for next spring. It’s a long and tedious process but these breathtaking flowers are totally worth it.

We can’t thank you enough for supporting our farm this year through flowers—whether you picked them up at the .farmers.market, our farm stand, or during CSA pickup. Your support helps us keep this little flower field blooming for all our pollinator friends and helps strengthen the vegetable farm, too. 🐝🦋

Spending time in the flower field surrounded by the bees and butterflies grounds us and brings us endless joy—and nothing makes us happier than sharing that joy with you.

We’re thrilled to announce our very first Farm Dinner! After sharing with our CSA members and newsletter subscribers, there are a very limited number of tickets available, so get yours today!

Join us Friday, September 26th at our farm in Holliston, MA for an evening that begins with a garden tour led by Farmer Sean, followed by hors d’oeuvres and a 4-course meal prepared by Chef Andre Kraft .andrekraft — all served under the bistro lights on our farm patio. 🌿✨

🌱 Garlic Scape Season has come and gone — hopefully you had a chance to enjoy our favorite Scape & Scallion Vinaigrette and stock your freezer with jars of Garlic Scape Pesto! 🤤 Sammy will be dreaming of wearing scapes like bangles during harvest and eating pesto by the spoonful until next spring. 🧄

When scapes disappear from market, it’s a sure sign that garlic bulbs are right around the corner — and our customers have already been cooking with them for over a week now. So come see us at the .farmers.market to pick up some garlic along with all our other incredibly fresh summer produce, sustainably grown right here in beautiful Holliston, MA — without the use of synthetic chemicals! 💚🌱🧄

One of our favorite harvest surprises—a pair of carrots hugging underground. When carrots grow close together, they sometimes twist into sweet pairs like this, and we can’t help but smile. This one’s a perfect example of our namesake, Twisted Carrot Gardens.

By the way, our farmstand was stocked last night with Sunflowers, Mixed Bouquets, Summer Squash, Fairy Tale Eggplant, Peppers, Kale, and Cukes so stop in whenever you see the Open flag on the roadside! Hi everyone! Remember to come at 12 for our full selection of veggies .farmers.market this Sunday! You have all been buying us out of your favorites including Carrots, Cucumbers, and Basil by 1 or 2 pm and we expect the same will go for the Beets and Eggplant which are new this week! Just remember we can’t sell until 12 pm so please hop in line and patiently wait for Sean and Samantha to put the veggies out right in time for opening so they’re as fresh as can be!
