This has been a crazy year on the farm. We had a fantastic start to the gardens and then suddenly lost all of our tomato crop to some kind of blight we think. Squash bugs got the zucchini. Green beans both plantings refused to come up. Had a great crop of watermelon almost ready to pick and the raccoons ate the centers out. Mark and I have both required surgeries and so … We are looking forward to seeing what next year will bring.

I had to go buy tomatoes to can for the family! But, we got it done! Thanks to all our friends and family that helped us this year. You are blessings!

Stay tuned in to our page. We are working on some plans to sell straight from the farm. Lots to work out but lots of garden planted already. I will add more information as it develops. This is an early picture of the main garden - we now have over 160 tomato plants in along peppers, etc.

It is hot at the farm! Everything is parched so we are having to water the garden to keep it productive. Be sure to come visit us at the Kearney Farmer’s Market this Saturday from 7- noon.

Boyles Farm will have herbs available at the market tomorrow. We have Orange Mint, Sweet Basil, Thyme, and Triple Curled Parsley. More to come ....

Hello everyone! We have a very slight change in venue this week due to construction work at our regular location. Look for us just east of where we usually are and you should find us just north of the bank and south of Farmer's Insurance. Take 92 Highway E and turn N on 33 Highway and we are right there! Look forward to seeing you all at the market tomorrow morning.

Remember we open at 8 during the month of October because of the later sunrise.

We have a lot of goodies this week. We made a trip to Amish country and bought tomatoes, cucumbers, and oyster mushrooms...

We have a lot of goodies this week. We made a trip to Amish country and bought tomatoes, cucumbers, and oyster mushrooms. Come and visit us today at Kearney Farmer's Market in Kearney, MO in front of Nuts and Bolts from 7:00 to noon.
