Hello! Glad you stopped by my pumpkins and pottery page. My name is Jayden, I am a sophomore at Benedictine College where I study Biology and Chemistry. I am a student athlete- I play football in the fall and am a yell leader in the spring on the competition cheer team. In my free time I enjoy working outside, growing pumpkins and gourds from seed and inside I enjoy working with clay to produce useful pieces of art. Stay around awhile and you’ll get to know more about me. But for today I would like to feature my pumpkin patch. As a biology major I enjoy studying the growth and stages of my patch. I start each plant from seed and nurture it to fruit. I take pride in an organic farming practice that takes many hours of weeding and protecting the plants from bugs and predators. I invite you to swing out by my Pop-Up Pumpkin Patch on Old Hwy 75 located at 21786 Q Rd just south of Holton. I have several varieties of pumpkins and gourds in all shapes and size. It’s on the honor system so come at your leisure and pick out your favorites to enjoy indoors or out this fall! I would really enjoy seeing your fall displays so please tag pictures of them to elk_creek_pumpkins_ and_pottery on Facebook or Insta.
