This jerky is personally sliced, seasoned, marinated and dehydrated by Gary and Jody Peintner. This product started as a hobby made mostly for friends and family. After they kept asking for more and more, we realized this jerky must be really good. So we decided why don't we make this a business and that is when Saddle Bag Beef Jerky Company was born!
