Vendor Highlight: Maddy Cakes @ Myers Family Farm 🥧🍰

Madelyne is in her second year of business with Maddy Cakes, where she creates homemade baked goods while also offering photography and henna services. She plays an active role in the day-to-day operations of Myers Family Farm, helping with produce production throughout the season. In her free time, Madelyne is a varsity wrestler for Dryden High School and enrolled in Karate at the Cortland Koei-Kan, demonstrating the same dedication and hard work in athletics that she brings to her business and the family farm.

We're so happy to have Madelyne and her delicious creations at the market!

Vendor Highlight: Windsong Stables and Farm 🐎🐥🐂

Jackie has been taking care of horses since she was 6 years old, and she and husband, Mark have been growing their operation steadily over the years. Beef cows and goats were added, and then when chicks hatched from a second-grade lesson, the now retired teachers brought them home to raise chickens! More have joined since to meet the needs of the many markets they attend.

Now Jackie and Mark find time between kids, grandkids and music gigs (did we mention they are also great musicians? 🎵) to provides our community with delicious steaks, burgers and eggs every week at the market. We're so fortunate to have these amazing, local products at the Homer Regional Farmers Market!

Stop by Saturday and get the fixings for a delectable, locally raised dinner! 🍔

Vendor Highlight: Noah's Sipping Station 🍋

Once you've had a sip of Noah's delicious, freshly made lemonade on a hot summer day at the market, you're sure to come back for more. This is Noah's second year vending, and he always brings his own sunshine! He enjoys meeting new people and seeing familiar faces as well each week at the market. We're always impressed and inspired by his entrepreneur skills and positive outlook and are lucky to have him at the Homer Regional Farmers Market! 😎

Vendor Highlight: Wensleydale Cottage Farm 🍁🐣🐖

has been raising cows, chickens, ducks, turkeys, pigs and more for years on their family operated farm in Scott. They produce maple syrup, a popular item at the market's Cortland Harvest table, and play an active role in the community! Be sure to stock up on that sweet syrup tomorrow at the market!

Join us for farm tours throughout Cortland County! Organized by Cortland County Farm Bureau Young Farmers and Ranchers.
On Sunday, July 26th, we will visit:

Pine Hollow Farm
9am-10am
2260 Snyder Hill Rd, Cortland

Dragonfyre Distillery
10:30am-11:30am
1062 Leonard Rd, Marathon

Freetown Food Forest
12pm-1pm
3143 Center Rd, East Freetown

We’ll start the day at Pine Hollow Farm, a family owned and operated dairy farm. Next, we’ll visit Dragonfyre Distillery, where they focus on hand-crafting whiskeys from local ingredients. Lastly, we will tour Freetown Food Forest, a woman-owned micro farm growing annual and perennial crops.
