Local honey is still available at Hill-Bee-Ly Farms!

Note that the honey is starting to crystallize, a process that is sped up by the cold. If you are bothered by the crystalization, you can soak it in warm water to liquefy it. Crystalization is a natural process that will be found in most raw, unadulterated honey varieties.
