We also offer smoked bacon, smoked ham, sausages, and favorites like our ground short rib blend - all made by hand in small batches. THE BASICS:
🥬 Begins mid-May for approx. 7 months (27-28 weeks!) until the week before Thanksgiving
🥬 Pickup on Thursdays 4-7 PM & Saturdays 10 AM - 12 noon at Forge Hill Farm in Downingtown (pro tip, shop beef & pork with us at the Downingtown Farmers Market then head up the road for your CSA pick up!)
🥬 Flexibility of FULL or HALF shares:
A Full Share is designed for a family of 4+ that cooks at home at least 4x per week. A Full Share costs $1,114.81 ($39.81/week).
A Half Share is designed for a couple or a single person that cooks a lot, or for a family that cooks at home roughly 3x per week. A Half Share Is $798 ($28.50/week).

Forge Hill Farm offers a variety of payment plans, so the Membership Price does not need to be paid in full at signup.

We're busy restocking all of our beef cuts - today is *extra special* because we're welcoming back two favorites: 💥 Ground Short Rib Blend & 💥 Ground Beef & Bacon! Just in time for warmer grilling weather ahead!

that we switch up some items on our menu of pastured beef and pork as the seasons change? Adjusting how we cut things in time with the seasons allows us to offer special seasonal favorites that our customers love, and that helps to ensure we're selling out and now letting anything go to waste.

One example is how we use beef short ribs. In the fall and winter, we have them cut into braising short ribs, to slow cook in your Dutch oven or slow cooker with veggies and beef stock and/or red wine. In the springtime, we transition to using most of the short rib meat for our famous ground short rib blend for the juiciest burger you've ever had! 🍔
