tner with a selection of local whole-animal butchers who skillfully cut each steak, roast and more by hand with care and attention to detail. We also offer smoked bacon, smoked ham, sausages, and favorites like our ground short rib blend - all made by hand in small batches. 👋 Thanks for your patience and understanding as we pivoted yesterday to reschedule our July concert with Hezekiah Jones & Birdie Busch. By the time we all got back home to our own backyards, there was no doubt that we had made the right decision 😮‍💨 Our thoughts are with the millions affected by this smoke, two-legged and four- 🖤

We’re so pleased to share that Hezekiah Jones will instead be hitting our stage on 9/10 🎶

(We keep telling them that they’ll be cooler if they spread out, but they don’t listen.)
