Summer time here means Ōhiʻa ʻai is going off. Introducing our Ōhi’a ‘ai Crisp Croissant!

Reminiscent of the apple crisp we grew up eating, this one features fresh Ōhiʻa ʻai from Waianu, topped with an oat streusel. Buttery, flaky layers filled with warm, tender mountain apple and finished with a crunchy streusel! Come get this limited pastry and other treats for your dads this weekend!

Have you tried our new Butter Mochi Danish? A chewy Hojicha butter mochi baked right into our flaky danish, topped with coconut whipped cream, coconut brown butter streusel, and fresh local mangoes.

This whole flavor came to life after a visit to — we couldn’t decide what to get until they recommended haupia, hojicha, and Lilikoi. We loved it so much we had to turn it into our next croissant. Just in time for mango season!

Fresh Limu Kohu has a distinct briny and peppery taste that works great with liver. Ake made this more traditional way is hard to come by nowdays. I have distinct memories of my uncles on Molokai eating Ake (often against their diet for Gout) while sipping on an ice cold Natty Ice.
