I have a kiddo that had a fever last night. 🤒 She is in good spirits and we want to just continue to support her body in fighting this. 🤗

Breakthrough Bath Tea

Yarrow - cool fevers, and support the body in fighting infection
Elderflower - shorten the duration of flu symptoms
Catnip - helpful for colds, chills, congestion, and help the body sweat.
Lemon balm - helps enhance sleep, and is calming
Ginger - enhances immune function, supports the body in fighting colds and influenza
