Lately, I’ve been working bees gloveless- this helps me to be more connected to what I’m doing with the bees.
After practicing on Drones, today I had the chance to handle a queen!
We needed to move her to another hive, and of course she was on a frame with a swarm cell (another queen waiting to hatch) so she had to be picked up.
