Thank you to all that called, text, posted, or messaged me wishing me a Happy Birthday. Last year was my toughest year and most rewarding year. “Journeys are designed for purpose.” Tragedy is the one of the best opportunities for prosperity. In life there’s only room for so many things. Weather it be friendships or lifestyles or even attitudes. The dying process of any of these I just mentioned, can be painful and sometimes comes without understanding, however it’s necessity to make room for New Life. So at 41 I reflect on a journey that began Fed 7, that started from a history of self induced tragedy, where God for an opportunity to revile himself by showing me myself, I’m far from perfect but I do have a goal to reach. May 8th I’ll be 15 months 💯 sober, my priorities have changed. The grace I have for people is changing (some still really try me). I’m happy, both at work and home and with myself. The blessing and opportunities in a little over a year are miraculous, and I owe it all to making a choice to try to be more like god and less like myself.

There will be many of you out there that will ready this and see my faults, that’s perfect you are not wrong, but we don’t have to be perfect we just have to be better, everyday just a little bit better. God gets the credit I just answered the call. If he can do it for me there’s no doubt he can do it for you. Thanks again for all the love from all of you
