Our new series starts August 14 with someone we've worked with for years. Steve Ela of Ela Family Farms grows the fruit behind some of our favorite ciders, and Dan is sitting down with him for a conversation about the orchard, the fruit, and everything in between.

Older Ela vintages you won't find anywhere else. Small bites. And a brand new Ela cider available for purchase. 🥂

You may remember our crazy snowstorm in May. Around the same time the Western Slope had a late frost, and after walking their rows for hours Steve found no live fruit on any of the trees. A total crop loss for their family. A portion of the evening's proceeds goes to Ela Family Farms. ❤️

Dan and Steve haven't talked publicly since the Slow Food event in 2019. This one will sell out.
