Mid-May grower reports continue to point to a strong Palisade peach crop this year.

Several Palisade-area growers are reporting healthy fruit development, active thinning in the orchards, and an early season ahead. While the April freeze caused serious damage in parts of Colorado’s Western Slope, especially the North Fork Valley, the latest Palisade reports remain positive.

Pre-orders are now open, and demand is already strong as peach-lovers prepare for what may be an earlier-than-usual Palisade peach season.
