It’s time to sign up for Thistle Whistle’s 2026 CSA!
When you join our CSA, you prepay for a set amount of credit to use in our online store throughout the season. Each week, we post what’s available, and you choose what you’d like.
Unlike traditional CSAs with pre-selected boxes, you select exactly what works for you. You can tailor your weekly order to your schedule. Some weeks you might order a large amount of produce for a dinner you’re making, while the next week you skip ordering because you’re out of town.
For weeks when you’d rather not choose or want to try something new, you can select our STANDARD BOX option. We’ll put together a selection of what’s best and most abundant that week, modeled after a more traditional CSA box.
In addition to your weekly produce, CSA members receive regular emails from the farm with:
🌻Updates on what’s growing and coming into harvest
🌻Recipes and simple ways to use what’s in season
🌻Notes and reflections from the field
🌻Pictures of vegetables, farm flowers, and sometimes baby goats!
We grow a wide range of seasonal vegetables, over 100 varieties of heirloom tomatoes, 200+ peppers, and herbs from many different food traditions—and also have fresh chicken and duck eggs, ferments, and more available throughout the season.
Pick up at the farm in Hotchkiss or at markets in Paonia, Gunnison, and Crested Butte. You can switch locations week to week.

$400 (1 person)
$800 (2–3 people)
