BTW, if you or someone you know has a food truck, and is looking for a place to park for the day, let us know! We're trying to build a rotation of food trucks willing to serve our NFV community regulalry.

This Friday kicks off the preseason for our Denver Broncos. Come watch with us in the coolest spot next to mom's basement.

For the hungry/thirsty, we're offering;
- $12 Pulled Pork Sandwiches all Saturday
- $3 PBRs, other types of beers all Saturday
- Colorado-based booze every day

We also have Wagyu Ribeyes & NY Strips, Angus Tenderloins, and your choice of 1lb ground beef packs or 1lb packs of 1/3 lb patties to take home and cook yourself.

This Saturday, the awesome folks from Hungry Bird Pizza are back! They'll be serving their brand of artisan pizzas from 4pm - 9pm or till they sell out. We highly recommend you try them out if you haven't done so yet.

Hey Everyone. We’re looking for food trucks to be our guests at Black Canyon Meats every Thursday thru Sunday.

We want to introduce and connect the North Fork Valley to you.

If you can come all four days in one week, great! If you can only come one day here and there, that's great, too! If you can mix and match days, awesome! We'll work with your schedule.

Hungry Bird Pizza is back again today and they are killing it with their pizza game. They're gonna be here for just a few more hours till they pack it in for the weekend with us.

If you've been itching to give them a shot, we highly suggest that you do! Get here before 8pm or when they sell out. The bar is open and we'll be cracking cans, pouring whiskey, and airing the games till last call.

If you're looking for meat to grill at home, we've got Wagyu Ribeyes, Wagyu NY Strips, Angus Tenderloins, Pork Chops, as well as house-ground beef chubs and patties in house.

If you’re in the Hotchkiss area and looking for a place to have some wood-fired pizza and tasty corn treats while chilling in a cozy den away from home, and watch some sports on tv without interruption, then come through.

We’ve got Hungry Bird Pizza and Compa Elote in the lot and the bar is open! The pizza’s so good, I forgot that I didn’t even take pics until half way through. Haven’t tried Compa’s stuff yet, but judging from the pics on their page, how can you lose?

If you miss out tonight, you’ll get one more chance tomorrow until at least next week at the shop.

They’ll both be here till 8pm or sold out.

We’ve also got some fresh cut Wagyu Ribeyes, Wagyu NY Strips, and Angus Tenderloin Filets that are cut thicker than a snicker for the DIY grill masters in our display.

It’s hot out there, stay hydrated. With pizza, elotes and beer. Whiskey, Bourbon, and other local spirits available upon request!

Happening right now! El Pollo is now in Hotchkiss and they're cranking out some delicious chicken till 8pm!

We've got beer & booze being served at the shop, and we'll be airing the NFL Hall of Fame Game to kick off preseason football at 6p.

Indoor and outdoor seating is available. Come through, check out the coziest spot in town, and eat chicken.

Delta's El Pollo comes to town Thursday, August 6! Stop by the shop between 11am and 8pm and stuff your face with some amazing chicken.

In addition to that, we’ll have beer, whiskey and sports on tv. At 6pm, we’ll be airing the NFL Hall of Fame Game to commence the start of preseason football.

This one's a little special as El Pollo will actually be doing a kitchen takeover so they can really give you an experience that's as close to their home location as can be. So if you don't see their trailer out front, they'll be inside, working the grill.

This will be the first of three events this week where we host a visiting restaurant or food truck. The next ones up will be Hungry Bird Pizza out of Paonia on Friday and Saturday.

Dear Hotchkiss locals and visitors, if you've driven by this truck in Delta and wondered if they're any good, you'll get an up close and personal chance to find out this Thursday.

We're hosting a Food Truck Pop Up at the shop this week and our first guest is one of Delta's crowning jewels, El Pollo.

Their truck (technically a trailer, but hey good food is good food) usually sits perched at the fun and family-friendly The Tipsy Trout Taproom on Main St in Delta, but they have graciously agreed to visit and serve Hotchkiss during the County Fair.

Great food, great people. Definitely come down if you're looking for damn good chicken. They'll be here from 11am to 8pm, and we'll be serving beer, whiskey, and other adult beverages.

We've got outdoor shaded seating available, but if you need to get out of the heat, then you can just come inside.

We'll be playing sportsball on tv and to get the preseason going, we'll be showing the NFL Hall of Fame Game starting at 6p.

This is the first of three pop up events that we're hosting this week, with two more coming this Friday and Saturday. We hope to see you there!

Hey everyone. We’re opening our parking lot to host any food truck that’s interested in serving during the upcoming Delta County Fair and Rodeo.

We’re located just a minute up the road from the Fairgrounds, right across from the Hotchkiss Inn on CO-133, so there’ll still be tons of visibility to the 4,000+ passersby. It’s the next best spot to be, second only to being at the Fair itself.

We have outdoor shaded seating for those looking to get away from the crowds. We also have indoor seating where we’ll be serving beer, whiskey, & adult beverages at the bar, and broadcasting sports on the tv for those looking to take a break from the heat.

If anyone is interested in bringing their food truck down for a day or more, or knows someone who might be interested, tag them, leave a comment, or shoot us a DM. We’d love to chat.
