The Westchase District Farmers Market is a fun place to go. The people are friendly and we have had good response to the products we sell. We are expanding our interest to include growing vegetables in containers....especially self wicking containers. Using containers you can grow vegetables in a small space, like a patio. Some can be grown indoors with a window that allow sun light.
Microgreens are still top of our diet, but we have nutrition in mind with full grown vegetables as well.
The best way to have a nutritious diet is to grow your own food as much as possible. That's what our business is about. We have seeds, seedlings and growing plants to get you started.
