Hey all, with extreme disappointment and disgust we have to stop processing and can not take any more trim for the time being. Our freezers are full with finished product and cannot seem to get customers to come and pick it up so unfortunately with no freezer space production has stopped... AGAIN...And no we can not sell it unfortunately.. Have a small family run business they said, it will be fun they said!

Facebook Land.... I am working 7 days a week trying to get everyone's meat done. If you have text me, spoke to me or left me 5 voicemails You are not forgotten I promise calling and texting me non stop will not get anything done sooner. We have an extensive trim list for people that cut there own deer and I'm also working those in weekly as well.I WILL call you, no need to call/text everyday please I'm doing my best. Good luck to all the youth hunters out there this season!! We have a youth hunter ourselves so these are our hours..
Thursday 9-3pm -6-8pm
Friday 9-3pm-6-8pm
Saturday 9am-8pm
Sunday 9am-8pm
Deposit of processing required with drop off of deer.
We take cash check or card..
My wife and I are in a wedding on Saturday but we will have our top notch guys at the shop, I'll just be relaying calls and text to the shop so please be somewhat patient on Saturday as I field calls walking down the isle!!!
Warm weather again this year so please be mindful of the condition of your animal in the somewhat warmer temps and driving them around in the back of a truck.

COME HUNGRY We are hosting the concession stand tomorrow night for the Houston Hurricane's last girls basketball home game!! We will start at 5:30 and run until after the varsity game is over..
Our very own all Beef Hot dogs
Walking Taco's beef or chicken
Nacho's regular or loaded with meat and all the fixings!

Hello everyone, haven't posted in awhile as we have been extremely busy with a great 2024 season. Unfortunately we are picking up right where we left off last year with people now wanting to pick up there product. Effective 12-1-24 there will be a fee added per day after 1 week of contacting you about your order being completed and ready for pick up unless a reasonable pick up time has been discussed with us. We are a small family business and work very hard to make the best product we can and can't continue to do so if we don't have space.
ALSO... Trim customers that cut there own.. Call us and get on the trim list and we will call you when we are ready!
Please respect and don't take advantage of the fact that we live next to our shop, we have kids and showing up at our house to drop off a deer at 11pm just doesn't work for us..
We are open for the rest of the season by phone call and appointment only starting today 12-7-24 and that's including muzzleloader season.
Thank you to every single person that has called or walked through our door and trusted is with your animal we greatly appreciate it and can't wait for you to see what's in store for our shop for the future!
