An unforgettable afternoon of Champagne, caviar, and conversation. 🥂

Yesterday’s guided pairing experience with special guests Alayna of Altima Caviar and Albert of Vineyard Brands featured all four expressions of Champagne Delamotte—including the exceptional 2018 Vintage Blanc de Blancs—paired with four remarkable caviars. From the delicate salinity of Spanish Oscietra to the rich, buttery elegance of Beluga Hybrid, each pairing revealed just how transformative Champagne and caviar can be together.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for a full house. The pairings couldn’t have been more indulgent, and we already can’t wait to bring this experience back.
