We understand many schools and Jobs have made the decision to close for the day due to The tropical storm in the Gulf. We will be opening at our regular hours BUT we will be watching the weather and playing it by ear.

So please grab what you need as we take our employees safety and our customers safety very seriously and can be closing at a moment notice!

Good Morning!!

We have been receiving an influx of calls asking if our beef is imported. We can confidently tell you no. We do not carry imported beef.

All of the Beef we carry is Domestic Choice.

Which if you are unaware: Domestic means it is produced, raised, and processed within the same country it is sold. For us: The United States

Choice is the grade we mainly carry. Choice means the meat is HIGH Quality but the marbling (flecks of fat in the meat) can vary from a lot to very little.

So if you are looking for USA grade BEEF without all the confusion STARK BROS BEEF SHOP is where you will find it!!
