I had not complained because I’m blessed to have electricity at my home but this just drew the line!!!
Can someone please explain ….if lineman are out restoring electricity, repairing or replacing power lines that are down, why did they leave without repairing the lines that are down and left only 4 business in the premises still without power! My business is one of them!!! Some of my neighbors tried to get answers directly from the lineman but they just ignored them and took off without any explanation or solutions, so I called Centerpoint Energy spoke to Melinda an operator tells me “not to approach the linemen for answers because the feels some type of way!”
What do you mean “they feel some type of way”! Oh and wait… what a coincidence once I’m filling the complaint the system goes down so she couldn’t record the outages or the complaint! Please explain this to me!! Because I definitely feel some type of way for losing business for almost 8 days now!!!!! FOX 26 Houston Univision Houston ABC13 Houston
