The Blessing Box has a new home! It is now located at the Texas County Health Department, where it will remain permanently. We believe this location will provide easier access and better support to those in need within our community.

The address is 950 North Highway 63 in Houston.

We appreciate everyone who continues to support this effort by giving and sharing with our community. Your generosity helps ensure that those in need always have access to essential items. So many of you have graciously came daily to donate items and that means so much!

Thank you for helping us keep the Blessing Box a lasting resource for everyone. Thank you for helping us care for one another.

The Blessing Box is OPEN!

If you’re in need, please stop by and take what you need.

The meal kits we currently have are pizza, minestrone soup, chili, tuna helper, chicken taco soup, white chicken chili. Pizza has a pack of mozzarella cheese so someone please grab it tonight if needed. I forgot my cooler 😩

If you’re able to give, we welcome donations to help keep the box full and a blessing to others. Every can, every item, every prayer helps! 🤍

Garytt and I spent the evening putting together food packs for local children 🤍

We had so much fun doing it together. Tomorrow we will be putting meal bags together! I can’t wait to open the box this weekend.

A BIG thank you to everyone who donated and contributed financially. Our little town is amazing & reminds me how great things turn out when we all come together ❤️

The Blessing Box will officially open on November 1st! 🎉

The box will be stocked with non-perishable food items and a few other essentials. It is available to anyone in need, anytime. Take what you need, leave what you can 🤍

We also want to make sure our elderly neighbors and families who may not be able to get out easily or who do not have transportation are taken care of. If you or someone you know could use items delivered, please message me.

Additionally, I’m looking to connect with elderly individuals who might benefit from regular meal deliveries (like Meals on Wheels). If you know someone who could use this kind of help, please reach out! I would love to get them connected or find a way to assist.

Let’s continue to lift one another up and make sure no one in our community goes without during this tough season.

As the summer/fall season winds down, we’ll be closing the stand for the year- but we don’t want it to sit empty.

With the federal shutdown and the pause in SNAP benefits, we know times are tough for many families right now. So we’re turning our stand into a “Blessing Box”. A place where anyone can take what they need or leave what they can.

If you’re in need, please take what you need. If you’re able, please leave what you can 🤍

This community has given us so much over the years and we want to give back in any way we can. Let’s take care of each other through this tough stretch.

The stand will be open daily, 24/7 and we’ll do our best to keep it stocked.

If you feel led to donate, below is a list of things you can purchase and I can meet you or you can drop off at the stand anytime 🙂

•Canned goods (soups, veggies, fruit, chili, beans, tuna, chicken)
•Pasta sauce & pasta noodles
•Peanut butter & jelly
•Boxed items (mac & cheese, rice, instant mashed potatoes, oatmeal, cornbread mix, pancake mix, muffin mix)

The stand will be CLOSED tomorrow! I have a work event tonight & with the storms rolling in Saturday, I’ve decided it’s best to be closed!

We will be open Sunday!
