HERITAGE BLEND

Our Heritage Blend brings together the best qualities of three distinct breeds: A2 Jersey, Holstein, and Shorthorn. Each contributes something unique, creating a naturally balanced milk designed with quality in mind.

Holsteins are known for their high milk production, while Shorthorns produce a richer milk with naturally higher fat and protein. Jersey milk adds a smooth, creamy, and buttery character that makes the blend especially enjoyable to drink and exceptional for making cheese and other dairy products.
