We have a half beef available to fill your freezer. It is in the locker and ready to cut next week. The price for the beef is $4.20/lb on the hanging weight. The processing typically runs about $1.35/lb. Hanging weight on this half is 451 pounds. So, this half will run about $2500. If not spoken for by 5 pm today, it will get cut and go into our freezers. It is softball season. With 3 teenagers we're always moving from track to football to band to plays to volleyball etc. This spring school season has added some additional running. Bart has taken on the role of Assitant Softball Coach for Alcester Hudson High School so that means some extra time away in the afternoons in addition to Rebekah helpimg deliver snacks to all the track and softball kids.
