Brynn has BBQ Bacon 🥓 and Jalapeno Pineapple 🍍 on the brat stand today. Come see her today or next week as we wrap up brat stand season with our last day July 31st. Don't worry though, we're already working on some new products to fill the gap. Here's a hint - Peahc Bourbon!

A couple of new trials flavors on the brat stand today! Jalapeno Pineapple and BBQ Bacon. Try them out and let us know what you think. Maybe they'll make it to our permanent list.

Brat stand is open! We will likely run through the end of July, so get yours while you can. We hope to be trying some new flavors out there next week!

Skies are clear enough, so brat stand is open today. We'll be out here until 2 or we run out of cooked brats!

Next week we will be spending some time in Milwaukee at the 87th AAMP Convention (American Association of Meat Processors). We'll be listening to industry leaders, looking at equipment, and even bringing a few products to see where we stack amongst the nation's best. We will not be open for processing but will have carry outs and retail available for reduced hours from 9-5 everyday. ( The video is of Brynn trying to package beef sticks faster than the machine can get ahead of her!)

We will be closed this Friday and Saturday for the 4th. Be sure to stop in by Thursday to pick up your meat, or get some steaks, brats or burgers for the grill.
