Please accept our apologies for the delayed update. Fred will not be selling this weekend, as the weather was not favorable on Thursday and Friday, and he is currently unwell and needs to rest. He plans to attempt to sell from Wednesday to Sunday of the upcoming week to accommodate the missed weekend, provided his health improves. We regret any inconvenience caused by our absence and appreciate your understanding that weather and health considerations sometimes impact our selling schedule.
As many of you are aware, Fred has experienced health issues over the past two years, and his health and well-being remain our top priority. We appreciate your thoughtful inquiries and well wishes regarding his health.

As we head into the weekend, please be aware that the weather forecast for Thursday and Friday is not promising. However, we are well-stocked with pecans, honey, and candy.
While we aim to participate even in light rain, we may not operate if heavy rain is predicted. Our commitment to quality compels us to carefully package our products to ensure optimal freshness for our customers.

Just a heads up on my hours for this weekend.

I will not be out tomorrow, due to a funeral. I will be out Friday, Saturday and Sunday. Sunday I will only be selling until 2pm.

Looking forward to seeing everyone. Last weekend I enjoyed catching up with everyone that got to stop in.

📢 Important News 📢

First and most importantly- To our pecan family, thank you for your patience. We had planned to be out last weekend but unfortunately we had an unexpected issue with my trailer that I had to fix, therefore with parts I had to order it took longer than expected. I try and make sure to keep all maintenance up to date but it seems like things aren't built like they once were.

With that being said I should have everything finished up tomorrow and plan to be out at my location on 1960 on Saturday and Sunday!!

I will have everything available and ready for you!!

🚨The Exciting News🚨
I have a new product available for my honey customers....we now have our version of HOT Honey. It is our honey infused with jalapeño. It is so good and adds so much flavor to your dishes.

Another honey product I have for a limited time is Comb Honey. I was able to harvest enough and still have a little left to share with you guys!!

I look forward to seeing and catching up with everyone soon.

We are pleased to announce the 2026 Pecan Season is officially here!!

This week we are working to get everything inventoried, cracked and shelled. My plan is to be out on 1960 on Friday, so you guys be on the lookout 🧐

The best news - I am happy to let all my customers know that I will have everything available on day 1 this year as well.
