We are developing a business that brings wild-caught seafood and premium dry-aged beef to Franklin County, Tennessee, and the surrounding areas.

Seafood has been part of our family heritage for generations. As our upcoming photos, stories, and videos will show, our family and friends have long worked in the commercial fishing industry, building a wide and trusted network of hardworking, reputable fishers who will supply the freshest, wild-caught seafood available.

Our aged beef will be locally raised and locally processed, dry-aged for a minimum of 14 days to enhance flavor, tenderness, and quality. Dry-aging naturally intensifies the beef’s rich, savory taste — and the longer it’s aged, the better it becomes.

We plan to start small, focusing on quality and consistency, and grow steadily as demand increases, ensuring every cut and every catch meets the highest standards our customers deserve.
