I will be harvesting garlic scapes this Friday and they will be available Saturday at the Huntley Farmer's Market at the HomemadeMama booth from 8am-1pm. These delicacies are only around for 2 weeks each year! They are incredible on the grill and served like grilled green beans, diced up in a fresh salad, sauteed with fried rice, stir fry or pasta, incredible when pickled, and epic when made into pesto. All the beautiful Garlic flavor without the punch or bad breath.

They are 6 for $3.00 or a dozen for $6.00.
