Often times, people wonder if there are unique ways to utilize radishes and other root veggies. They are much more versatile than most think!
One of my favorite ways to use radishes (specifically Daikon Radishes) is to grate them up, top onto a slice of steak, and drizzle a small amount of soy sauce over the bite. The sweet and spicy flavor of the Daikon gives it a refreshing horseradish-like burst of flavor that contrasts well with the salty soy sauce. This is one very simple and traditional Japanese method that will really surprise your taste buds.

Brian and Liz have just recently become parents so they have decided to convert their farm to a CSA only operation. They will no longer be present at . I personally think they grow some of the BEST produce in Alabama and highly recommend subscribing to their weekly or bi-weekly CSA.
