We will also have Pop-up Markets on March 21, April 11, September 26, October 24, & November 21! The Bailey Cove Farmers' Market is open every Saturday May through Labor Day weekend. We will have fruits and vegetables of all kinds, all grown and supplied by North Alabama and southern Tennessee farmers, plus artisan breads, jams, jellies, etc. as well as eggs, meat, flowers, and plants. Nobody warned us how hard the back-to-school would be (...on the parents)

If you are running on early alarms and lukewarm coffee this week, come find Coffee Break at the Bailey Cove Farmers Market on Saturday, August 15th.

They roast every week for this market, specifically. Most of what's on the table Saturday came off the roaster Monday or Tuesday and has been resting since — which is exactly how fresh coffee is supposed to reach you.

They'll have all of their classic coffees this week, plus something new for the "adventurous" crowd. Colombia La Piragua, a natural-process Pink Bourbon microlot from the Vargas family in Huila. Notes of blackberry, mango, red wine, hibiscus. If you like a cup that is pleasantly fruity and floral, and in short supply, add us to your Saturday plans. 💙 One Last Market Before a New Adventure 💙

It feels like just yesterday Ainsley was setting up her first table at the Bailey Cove Farmers Market. Since then, you've supported her small business, encouraged her dreams, and eaten more cookies and muffins from the Whisk Bake Shop than we could ever count.

This Saturday will be her last market before heading to the University of Kentucky to begin her next chapter.

If you've been wondering where she's been the last few weeks, she was away at camp and busy getting ready for college. Now she's back for one final Saturday!
