We now have beef for sale $ 5.00 per pound “Hanging Rail Weight” plus $80 kill/rendering fee. These calves are still on feed and weigh 800 pounds and up. So on average the rail weight will be 60% of the live weight. The rail weight of a 1000 pound calf will be approximately 600 pounds. Give us a call 479-738-2050 and we can fill your freezer full of beef.

Our retail meat counter is getting closer to being open. We are making progress through all the paperwork, permits and inspections that is required before we open up the retail side. We are very humbled by the amount of people that is inquiring about buying meat out of our meat case. We will continue to post updates as we get closer.
