🍕🧀 Irresistible Keto Pizza Casserole 🥓✨
A low-carb, cheesy, and meaty casserole that satisfies all your pizza cravings without the guilt!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef or Italian sausage
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 cup low-carb marinara sauce
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
¼ cup sliced pepperoni
¼ cup black olives, sliced (optional)
½ cup diced bell peppers (optional)
¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Step 1: Preheat & Prep
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
Step 2: Cook the Meat
In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Stir in marinara sauce and simmer for 2 minutes.
Step 3: Assemble the Casserole
Spread the meat mixture evenly in the baking dish. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers.
Step 4: Bake
